You can delete the account and everything stored in the cloud yourself, in the app:
- 1Open Mester and tap your avatar to open Settings.
- 2Scroll to Account and tap Delete account.
- 3Confirm. The account and all cloud data are deleted at once; data on this phone is erased too.
No access to the app? Write to us from the email address of your account and we will delete it within 30 days.
Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings. Backup copies of deleted data expire within 14 days.
Export your data
Settings → Export data creates a file with all clients and bookings. It works even in view-only mode.
